How to Register on CampBrain:

  1. Make an account

  2. Select Friends of Geneva Park Family Camp 2026

  3. Select People to Register

  • “Add a person” - add all members of your group, including children ages 3 and under. Room – this is for 2 people +/- a child age 3 and under. Cabin - can house up to 8 people.

  • Select all names that apply

4. Continue to sessions - Show Details for the session you want

5. Select Add to Cart - you select this BEFORE you select the accommodation-type. This will allow you to select the room/cabin for the session you want (ensure you select the correct age category). Please register children ages 3 and under. There is no charge, it just ensures we know they are coming.

6. Forms page – There is one Household Form per account. There will also be a Family Camp Details Form and Family Camp Policies and Procedures Form for each registrant. The online registration system auto generates these forms for every registrant but you only need to fill out one Family Camp Details Form and one Policies and Procedures Form for your group.

  • Household form – list parent/guardian contact information and emergency contact information.

  • Family Camp Details Form – this is where you will list any special dietary requests and any physical limitations. If you would like your cabin near that of another family, this is the place to request it. There is no charge for this request. If you would like to be in a specific building please request it here. There will be a $50 administrative fee to honour this request. It will be billed after registration.

  • Policies and Procedures Form – you will receive a copy of this after registration is complete.

7. Payment – you have the option of paying in full now or paying half now and the remainder will be automatically billed to your credit card August 1. Please ensure that your credit card does not expire prior to August 1 – if it does, Camp Couchiching will reach out to you for the new expiry date. Please do not send this information via email. There will be a fee for cancellations, please review the policy on Camp Couchiching’s website.

8. HOORAY – you are coming to the third annual Friends of Geneva Park Family Camp – we can’t wait to see you!!! Don’t forget to tell your friends and family! The more the merrier.
